Papilio Early Learning Centre at North Strathfield employs highly qualified and experienced staff with a passion for making a difference in children's lives. It's this love of the industry which enables our North Strathfield childcare staff to take pride in maintaining a warm, safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children of all ages. As a parent of a child at Papilio North Strathfield, you can feel relaxed and confident that both you and your child will be supported throughout their exciting early years journey.

Whether your child is attending nursery day care, toddler child care, our preschool program, or any other program we offer, our goal is to give your child the skills to set them up for their future school life and beyond. As part of our healthy children program, we incorporate a Chinese bilingual program into our weekly routine which provides children with the opportunity to learn another language, thereby encouraging their development and helping the children to become adaptable, fast paced learners.

What makes you passionate about working in childcare? I am passionate about working with the children and being able to help them gain as much knowledge as they can. I believe that the early years are the most vital and precious time for all children to learn and grow. I take pride in guiding the children to give each child the best possible start to their life through education. I enjoy inspiring the children to explore, learn and discover whilst building relationships with the children and creating memorable chapters in their life.

What is the funniest or most memorable moment you can share from working in childcare? The most memorable and fulfilling moments that I can share is graduating my young children that I had the pleasure of transitioning to each room starting from the nursery room. Through this time, I felt happy and proud each year as I was able to see the children grow and develop. It gives me great satisfaction to see how the children progressed, especially during ‘milestone’ moments, and it is wonderful to celebrate their achievements together with the families.

What makes me passionate about Early Childhood Education?

I am passionate about be in early childhood as it is an amazing feeling to feel when you know you have made an impact on a child’s life and learning journey.
I love to see children grow and conquer fears, share their thoughts and feelings with peers and educators but most of all seeing the confidence with each child grow throughout the years of attending an early childhood service.

Why do you believe your centre is an excellent  choice for parents seeking the best childcare?
Our service is set in a very convenient location in North Strathfield, we are a team with highly educated and passionate educators who are here for the children.
We support our children and families on their learning journey through child-led experiences that are hands on and planned based on your child’s interest.
Our service offers learning through technology in both our Pre-Prep room and Prep room through our amazing Tech Stations and Interactive Learning Hubs.
We offer an array of extracurricular activities at no extra cost to our families as we believe all children should be able to participate when your children are attending our service.
